Minutes of Meeting	President welcomed all members and thanked them for a well completed Chogada Night function. Last BOD meeting points were briefed. A brief on Amity Project done was given by IPP RTN Dhwani Tanna. Decision to extend small financial support of Rs. 6500/- was agreed to a student into the sport of Fencing for appearing in state level matches. RTN Bipin Shah agreed for Rs. 3000/- as his contribution for the same. Discussed about sending a letter to Amity University for Rotaract club formation. RTN VC Mhatre District Rotaract team has agreed to help. However, due to dedicated persons availability the decision has been postponed to Dec / Jan-24. RTN Mhatre said that starting an Interact club for class 8 to 10 was easy – wherein we get the charter within 3 weeks signed by International President. Class 8 to 10.
