| Minutes of Meeting | Minutes: 1. Meeting Called to Order by President RTN Dhwani Tanna at 9 PM and National Anthem. 2. President RTN Dhwani Tanna welcomed AG Rtn. Rutuja Bhosle to the first meeting of RY 2023-2024. 3. New President of 2023-24 welcomed all and addressed the gathering. 4. New President showed his PPT presentation. 5. SWOT analysis submitted to AG as was asked by her. 6. New President introduced the new proposed member, a. Mrs. Sonal Gawand and spouse Mr. Sandesh Gawand. b. Mrs. Ashwini Ghumtkar; another probable member. 7. AG introduction done. 8. AG address- She suggested the following- a. Praised club logo & presentation. b. Suggested to celebrate charter day c. Suggested cloud funding since we have presence on all social media platforms. d. Suggested to have 52 meetings as per district rules. e. Try to form our Interact club f. Contact happy village director when we start the project g. Increase number of bulletins h. At-least have 13 RI projects for citations i. Increase number of bore wells for recharging - Project j. To have synergy projects with other club & NGOs when possible. k. If any guidance needed, contact district CSR team. They will come to help. l.
