| Minutes of Meeting | 1. Meeting Call to Order by the President. 2. Welcome address by President. 3. Reading of the joint BOD meeting points held on 01-Jun-2023 - by Secretary. 4. President briefed the members on projects done in past 1 month, namely - a. Joint project with Lady Presidents Clubs - Distribution of specific medicines to Yerwada Jail Lady inmates. b. Financial help to Sarvoday Gram Parivartan Mandal, Nandanpada, Nr. Khalapur, c. Yoga Day celebration - as a joint project with other Rotary clubs, Inner wheel clubs 5. Proposal to change Axis Bank account signatories from existing PSTs to new PSTs, RTN CDR DB Jambekar, RTN Foram Thakkar as Secretary and RTN Bhavesh Rangapariya as Treasurer wef 01-Jul-2023 was proposed by RTN Harmesh Tanna and seconded by RTN Bipinkumar Shah and resolution was passed and adopted by RC Panvel City. 6. Thanks giving by the President. 7. Announcement by PE. RTN CDR Jambekar about his installation and Club Planning meeting. 8. Secretary's announcement. 9.
