| Minutes of Meeting | 1. President welcomed to the members of both the Boards 2022-23 and 2023-24 2. Brief on Accounts for 22-23 were presented by the Treasurer and the same were approved. 3. Treasurer presented the Proposed Accounts for 2023-24 (Income & Expense statements). 4. PE briefed on the Planning for Projects for 2023-24 a. President briefed on thr Hepatitis – B Vaccination b. Chogada Night - planning and execution to be started in Jul-23 itself. c. WASH project – Water – Sanitation – Hygiene - Tap nozzle changing project was briefed and 500 nozzles were taken up for change in next year. d. Eye check up camp for Oil tanker Truck drivers, Project conceived by RTN Bipinkumar Shah, a joint project by Oil Companies, Rotary & RJ Sankara eye hospital, Pnvl. e. Cataract free village - project to continue f. Anemia Check up camps g. Classification talk to be started. h. Visiting Lectures to be undertaken as synergy project i. Rotary talk by members– every meeting to be started for the benifit of members. j. Aerators & Bore well recharging –District Project – 500 Aerators + 2 bore well recharge k. New member proposal – Ashwiinii Ghumtkar - discussed and agreed l. New Rotaract Club at CKT College with Naval NCC wing students- can be started in Jul-23 m. Membership Growth – 1-5 n. Fees collection – in Jun-23 itself. Treasurer to send account details on RCPC group o. Training the children in Leadership and other skills p. Training module development - RTN Harmesh, RTN Rohit Jadhav, RTN Bipin Shah, RTN CDR DB Jambekar, Ann. Abha Jambekar q. Happy Village to be taken up r. Happy School to be executed s. t. Discussions on Goal settings i. Membership 1-5 ii. Retention-80 % iii. Rotaract Club-With CKT College iv. Member Satisfaction survey to be done during nxt meeting v.
