Minutes of Meeting	1. DG and AG were welcomed. 2. President briefed the DG about its meetings and Project through a PPT Presentation. 3. DG discussed and gave following advice- Strategic planning should be written down, Club should do some orientation meetings, Rotary knowledge should be imparted by different people during all meetings, Conduct one sponsered BOD meeting, followed by normal meeting, so food expenses can be saved, DG will give 2 copies of Rotary Knowledge for the club. More copies are available at Rs. 170/- each. 4. Trust to be formed after making trust deed. Till then district / other club trust can be used after making MOU with them. 5. Provisional ATG should be applied for on priority. 6. CSR Project to be done so that many avenues get covered in that.
