| Minutes of Meeting | 1. Meeting Call to Order at 8:50 hrs. 2. Presidents Address. President welcomed all IWCPC & RCPC members 3. President briefed on the District events and RCPC events over last one month. a. Hepatitis B Vaccination – 51 Vaccinations done at PHC Nere on day-1 Next Vaccination at Vavanje PHC on 2 & 3 Nov-22. b. “Cataract free” Villages – Briefed 55 Asha workers on the Project Plan. 4. RTN Harmesh Tanna briefed on ‘Chogada Night’ fund raising program, Lessons learnt, & Analysis, an lead a general discussion. 5. New membership Proposals- Four proposals were discussed. It was decided that the individuals should be invited to at least 2 meeting before allowing them to join. 6. Secretary briefed on Last BOD Meeting points – BOD held on 10.10.22 7. Distribution of Diwali Dias, Chocolates, and Chogada Night Coupons to members. 8. Attendance 14 RCPC Members, 3 Anns, 1 Annet, 5 IWCPC members 9. Meeting adjourned at 10:30 PM. |
